Online purchases made through NLGreek.com are valid for exchange or store credit ONLY*. ALL clothing Exchanges must be reported within 7 business days from the delivery date. Please email [email protected]. If your item is defective due to manufacturing errors and/or defects, we will gladly replace your item and must be notified with in 3 days of your delivery date.
Please note you are responsible for return postage should you decide to exchange your item. We will cover the postage for manufacturing mistakes only.
Custom items may take up to 14 business days (depending on the garment) to be processed. Please keep this in mind before placing your order. Processing time is different from Shipping time.

ALL Custom Clothing is FINAL SALE and cannot be altered once produced. Please check and send your correct measurements and customizations before purchasing.

Colors – Please note that the colors you see on your screen may differ from the actual color of your purchased item. This is a normal occurrence and does not constitute as a manufacturing error.
*Jewelry – Due to hygienic reasons all jewelry sales are final. Exchange available if product is damaged on arrival. We must be notified of the defect in 3 days and the Item must be returned within 7 business days of delivery date. Tracking number and description of defect must be sent to info [at] nlgreek.com. Once product has been shipped back to us a replacement will be sent out.(crowns, necklaces, glasses, bracelets, rings, brooches all classify as jewelry)
