Processing Times

• Standard processing time: Please allow up to 1-10 business days before your order is shipped.
• Custom/Made to Order Processing:  Please allow up to 7-14 business days before your order is shipped.
• Custom Footwear: Please allow 45 business days for you order to be processed.
• Due to covid-19, custom  Leather jackets have been extremely delayed due to overseas shipping delays please note on a case by case basis  Leather jackets can take 45 days – 6 Months.

Shipping Carriers

• Our Main shipping carrier is USPS for Standard /economy shipping 
• We ship using FEDEX & UPS upon request or based on the items ordered over 4lbs. 

Shipping Times

• We currently ship items via USPS First Class (for items lighter than 16oz) and USPS Priority Mail for items that weigh more than 16oz. Items over 4lbs ship with UPS or FEDEX.
  • USPS First Class: 3 – 8 Business Day Delivery
  • USPS Priority Mail: 1 – 3 Business Day Delivery
  • FEDEX Express: 1-2  Business Days
  • FEDEX Ground: 3-5 Business Days
  • UPS Express:  1-2 Business Days
  • UPS Ground: 3-5 Business Days

For domestic shipping: Please allow up to 2 weeks for delivery to arrive. If you still have not received your purchase after 3 weeks of receiving your shipped notification, Please via email us [email protected] and reference your Order #. Buyer assumes any and all duties and customs costs for orders shipping outside of the U.S. and will be contacted in advance should additional charges need to be made.
